Connect your Gmail through Google’s permission screens, read-only. Change the list of school senders whenever you like.
Step 2
Forms to sign. Dates to remember. Things to bring. Details that changed. Everything gets grouped by child, in date order.
Step 3
Every item shows the exact words it came from. And when something genuinely doesn’t line up — a date that contradicts itself, an ask we can’t pin to one kid — we flag it instead of guessing.

Week in Hand began as one parent’s weekly read of their kids’ school email — it ran for that family long before we offered it to anyone else. Here’s what we do with yours:
Week in Hand asks for read-only access to your Gmail so it can find the emails your school sends and turn them into what you actually need from them. Nothing else — your mail is never used for anything but that. We can never send, reply to, change, or delete anything.
To build your summary, we send relevant Gmail content to our AI processing provider(s). It is not used to train generalized AI models, and your email is never sold or used for advertising.
